Super Metroid Bosses Ranked BEST to WORST

I just beat the game today and its definitely one of or the best Snes game of all time.
And I only played 3 Snes games for now and noting is topping this game. It's my favourite game.
Phantoon is my favorite boss in the game. Such a cool concept… he’s also my all time favorite Metroid character… my headcannon is that he’s a chozodian creation who was in charge of Their transportation and when mother brain went rogue she took over phantoon (who may have originally been a benevolent being) at least he’s not as evil as the other villains… his super Metroid appearance always looked benevolent to me (unlike his other m cameo)… regardless he was under mother brains control and crashed the ship… killing the crew. He’s actually based after a chambered nautilus (a type of cephalopod with a hard shell) unlike a squid which is all exposed flesh.
The barriers to mother brain are an item collection gate, meaning a standard novice playthrough requires you to collect a certain amount of missles or you can't beat the game. It was one of the main mechanics of beating the original. They were also nice enough to put a save room right before that locks you in that part of Tourian where if you save with insufficient resources, you can't even go back and hunt down more, you can only start a new game.
That's sadistic and cruel. I'm not sure whether to love it or hate it.
Your comment at 7:25 - 7:30 about the lasers and donuts is so interesting to me, because I had the exact opposite reaction. I'm old enough to have played Metroid 1 before Super Metroid and let me tell you, this room's equivalent in Metroid 1 is about 100x more aggravating and stupid because of the projectile spam. So when I got to this part in Super Metroid, it was almost like a breath of fresh air. But I can definitely see how this room is annoying af on a first playthrough regardless of which Metroid games you've played.
Oh boy, based on that I may be developing Pre-Traumatic Stress Disorder! That room caused immense pain

That would be awesome, but at this moment I definitely don't have the time for it. Maybe one day though!

You got quite some interesting and fresh opinions about this great game ^^ Its something I love about Metroid, everyone has their own experience and relationship with this game. I think that also the more you play it, you might change your opinions about areas and bosses, at least it happened with me.
Heres my own ranking of the basses, from best to worst:
1- Ridley (second battle)
2- Mother Brain
3- Crocomire
4- Phantoon
5- Kraid
6- Spore Spawn
7- Draygon
8- Ridley (first battle)
9- Torizo & Golden Torizo
10- Botwoon
Thanks for the kind words! I can also see a lot of flaws with my logic and even just a few months later, I think I'd make a few small changes. I look at your ranking and there are a few things I look at and fully understand, but still a couple that I disagree on, and honestly I love differing opinions like that. If everyone agrees, there's no point to discuss anything!
