For those who want to know the trick : Well you can see that the gold bar has two plane rectangular faces opposite to each other and one is bigger than the other. Now generally the bar is standing on the bigger rectangular face whereas the smaller face is facing upward. So in order to lift out the bar you have to invert the original sitting position of the bar and took it out with your fingers. (The reason for this is as simple as that when you took it out by using your fingers so in taking it out your fingers slips out because they are holding the smaller rectangular face, so holding fingers on longer rectangular face doesn't let fingers to slip and loosing your grip.)
