If our rim is the only broken part and not the motor, is there any way to get just a a new rim and swich over the motor?

Hi Rex Hardman! Good question. The rear wheels are only available new as a complete unit, containing the motor. However, we have some used rear wheels where the motor was defective, so we could send you a used rear wheel with the defective motor removed, depending on where you'd like it shipped. Check that you've removed the chain and unplugged the motor cable :)

@@benbucklerboards I found the channels on my Z adventure frame were slightly smaller (like less than 1mm) then the grooves on the tire mount. I just needed a second person to get it on.

You do all that, why not just undo the two allen bolts and two big bolts and remove the wheel?
