not me trying to do this in my bedroom after I quit ballet 3 years ago
🩰🤩
Same
No way
Me rn 😭
I quit 11 years ago when I was 15… my pointe shoes still fit me and I pulled them out today and did some exercises. That was rough. My toes didn’t want to angle the way they used to. I’m gonna try dancing without pointe. I don’t know what I was thinking
I'm so glad i found your channel! The ideia of allowing beginners to dance famous variations using steps that we already know is just amazing
Being a beginner and an adult in ballet, i really appreciate your work and hope you do more of this videos
Your explanation is clear and simple, yet still making it beautiful, thank you so much for that!
I would love to see your take on the Esmeralda variation
Kisses from Brazil
Obrigada! I'm so happy you like my variation videos! I will definitely be making more in the future! Thanks again for your lovely comment :)
Yes they also often helped me, thanks :)

As a slightly more advanced dancer, I might try this routine adapted a little bit on pointe! I'd love to see some beginner/intermediate pointe variations. Some routines as is are way too much for me but I wouldn't consider myself a beginner either so it's hard to find things to work on for routines.
Thanks for the feedback Sam! :)
No-one:
Me at 10:34 PM with my carpeted floor: Nutcracker time 🤠
Can you do some beginner variations in pointe ? 💓💓💓
Yes, I'm definitely thinking about this for the near future! :)
If your a beginner you not really in to pointe just yet
@@alyssassweettooth2862 she is a beginner in pointe
I mean in my opinion this dance would be beginner friendly on pointe although it may be a bit of a challenge
I'm gonna practice this in time for Christmas! I may choose to finish it with a pirouette if I can 😊
Amazing!!! Best of luck! Please share your video with me on Instagram if you decide to film it :)
It's Christmas eve. Have you achieved your goal? :)
Thank you for posting this! I have never taken a dance class and decided that I wanted to teach myself a ballet dance through November and December as a personal exercise goal. I bought my first pair of Bloch ballet flats. There were a lot of warm up, stretching and barre videos posted by you and others that I did before and after I practiced the sugar plum fairy dance. It was hard putting together the feet, arms and head, but I eventually memorized the dance and performed it in front of my Christmas tree for my family. I've always loved the nutcracker. Thank you for making it possible for me to dance to one of the songs for myself. It has really helped me to have something to look forward to. I can feel your love and passion for ballet for anyone willing to work hard. Thank you for your hard work and encouragement.
This is so wonderful! Congratulations and thank you for sharing your story! 🩰🤩
Can you do one about the 4 little swans
Yes, I'll have a think about that one! :)
This video turned my Christmas from super crappy to amazing because I learned this part from you (not great, but working on it) and it’s absolutely my favorite song and I love what you did with this. Thank you so so much! You are appreciated!!!! I adore your work!
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it! :)
So much fun! I love that this choreography still looks and feels fun even though it's been simplified.
Yayyyyy thank you! 🩰
As a beginner I am super duper uncomfortable with the idea of learning pointe so I feel very excited to see I can still keep learning different dances without pointe
Yayyyy thanks Kayla
Hey I’m a male ballet dancer and I don’t know why I learned this, but I love it, thank you!
Great! Sometimes I learn male variations, I think it's always good to do both! :)
Natalie Danza Absolutely, It gives you a bit more practice :)
Oooooooh!!!!!! I like that I can see this video, and it’s not released yet: very suspenseful!!!! 😄 Get it Natalie!!!
Yay! It's a feature I've never used before but thought it might be fun so people know in advance when the video will go live :)
So much better than barre classes! OMG I feel I found a piece of me that had been missing. Thank you!
Yayyyyyy! Your comment warmed my heart! Thank you :)
I can't even do ballet and this looks like fun...
Thank you! :)
ballerinas are truly on another level… tried doing this in my room on some standard tippy toes. literally broke a sweat. such a beautiful art form and sport. my respect to those who practice and hone their craft!!
Beginner Esmeralda Variation would be amazing 😁😍
Yes, I have that in mind for a future video :)
Thank you! 😄
OMG YES PLEASE MY FAVOURITE VARIATION OF ALL TIME
Oh yes pleeease! Beginner Esmeralda, I just love that music😍🎶
I've just found your channel and I'm loving these videos, I don't do ballet anymore but I do contemporary and commercial and even though I don't know the names to the moves I find it just the right level and I've nearly learnt the dance!!!
Amazing! I'm so happy you've learned the variation! Thanks for your comment :)
Absolutely love it. I love ballet, have been dancing character dances but have 5 years of ballet training and teaching. I am looking forward more of simple ballet choreography for simple dances.
Cant wait to perform this for my christmas concert in a few weeks!! Thank you so much!💓
Thank you so much for this video! Now that my province is back in lockdown, I've been trying to find new ways to entertain myself. I used to love ballet when I was younger, but sadly I fell out of love with it. I tried on some of my old tutus recently and something sparked! I have my old leotard and tights on in my living room, doing the best I can :) thank you!
Yayyyyy love it! Happy dancing! 🩰
Yay! Please o More Choreo videos Natalie! Loved this.
Yay! Thanks Heather :)
Thanks for uploading this again Natalie! Looked for this on your channel the other day as it's perfect and you're a great teacher. Glad it's up again
Thank you so so much! :)
I would love if you made one of these for Giselle second act!! These are so neat :D
Great idea, thanks Carly! :)
Teacher, it would be good if u can do one version from the back...as I am confused with the left and right sides...😞
I am a ballerina and i was taught to put your device facing a mirror with the video playing, then you can look in the mirror and the variation is the right way around. xx I hope that makes sense, it’s much easier. xx 💋
@@charleytravia9386 thanks for your tips!!
Winnie Mak that’s ok xxx

I am beyond grateful for finding this channel! As a substitute teacher in ballet I have no clue what I'm doing - now we can finally have a good choreography. Thank you so much! x
You're very welcome! So glad my videos help :)
Love love love! I teach beginning ballet for older girls and we did this routine for our Christmas recital! I usually do my own choreography but being pregnant it's getting very difficult. I think we are going to do your dance of the flutes for the spring! You're a life saver and the routines are great!

@@NatalieDanzaBallet wow im a big fan i really like ur channel ive been in ballet for 3 years
I wanted to learn a beginner ballet variation that I could "fail" at/be bad at for an acting class. Too bad I got good at this! Thanks for the great video!!
Love this I did ballet from age 5-10 so we actually did some/most of this stuff I think I might want to start doing some basic ballet because I got flat and pointe shoes at a garage sale that fit just because they are pretty so yeah
I love ballet and I want to be a ballet dancer when I grow up
Amei muito, pois n posso fazer ballet e sempre procuro tutoriais no CZcams mas é difícil achar, vc é uma das únicas, me salvou, muito obrigada😍
obrigada! :)
feel so lucky that I found this channel!!!!
yay! thank you so much Regina! :)
Thank you so much for this lesson,it's an easier Version and I'm going to practice it and dance it for my mom 😍❤
So sweet! Tell us how it goes! I'm practicing it too
I hope she enjoyed it! 🩰❤️
i love the way you do it in the mirror and then face on. in my studio my TV and lap top face the front mirrors so when I look in the mirrors I am going the same direction as you! the audio is hard to follow at times but you are really good. you helped me solve my en dedan pirouette issue too!
I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you and all the best with your dancing 🩰☺️
These variations are great!! I just subscribed!! Maybe can you do them from the back too? It’s sorta hard to picture it mirrored in my mind
Thank you! I do show this from the back at the end of the video :)
Thank you for making this new version!! I saw your older video a couple of years ago, but then it went away for awhile. I teach teenage beginners in a public High School in Los Angeles and we are always looking for new material. THANK YOU!!! If it is ok with you I would like my students to learn this variation as a study piece this December, with hopes of using it in our biennial Nutcracker production next year.
Of course! Please just credit me as the choreographer. I hope they enjoy dancing it! Best of luck for the show!! :)
Thanks 👏👏👏!
I’m so exited because o learned something new and I’m only a child 😀😀😀
I'm glad you liked it :)
i love your channel it is beatiful!!!
Thank you so much ☺️
Brava 🌷💕
Thank you for this. I started pointe a year ago so I'm not yet comfortable with the triple pirrouttes and some of the other harder steps so it's nice to have something easier to less rn.
I'm so glad you liked it, thanks for watching! :)
Wow this dance is beautyful👍
I’m so glad you enjoyed it 🩰
This was easy! 😊😊 THANKS
Yayyy! Pleasure! Happy dancing 🩰
👏👏👏👏👏
Amazing
Thank you! :)
Awesome channel thanks!!
Thanks Natalie! :)
Natalie,
I've recently turned 15 and only a few months ago found out about ballet. I want to begin and hopefully be professional in the future, but there are no classes in my area for people of my age and they are too expensive either way. So far, I have been working on flexibility. Any tips for my situation would be appreciated, thank you :)
(I do dance in school, but we have to create our own dances instead of being taught, which is why I like your easier choreography. Unfortunately I am not able to balance well and space is an issue.)
I'm glad you've found your love for dance and ballet. It will be difficult to train properly in ballet without having a teacher. You can dance on your own or with your friends for fun but it you really want to train in ballet you will need to find a way to go to regular ballet classes. For now it's great to work on your flexibility and you can practice your balancing too! :)
OMG me too
Y love your videos❤❤❤
Thank you ☺️
Bello💕
Very good, pretty.. :) I did ballet from age 5 -12, then I moved on to modern dance-and intuitive dance. I went and put on my ballet shoes :D My house is perfect for dancing, just need to fix my speakers.. In my bedroom I have huge mirros so I can practice there too, also I have a sushi bench as a bar for streching.. it was great, also you teach for beginners so that is great, it`s like ride a bike, it`s in me, just need to get back to it.
That is awesome! I'm so happy to heart that! Enjoy your dancing :)
This dance is just marvellous my International dance competition was held in school thanks for your help ma'am
