After graphics card driver update i was unable to launch the game with same exact error. But then i had little time to fix it so i just abandoned idea to fix it till next day. And right now after one day and cold boot of pc every thing gone back to normal. But thx for video it might be very helpful 🌹

yeah this didnt fix my issue. after reinstalling the launcher, and pressing close while having the "close and start launcher" box enabled, the launcher does not appear. when i double click the launcher im back to the beginning of the video.

Didn't work at all, I tried it uncountable times, I deleted the files, reinstall rockstar games, wait 5 minutes, but, still did not work. :(

It did NOT WORK. I tried your methods 3 times now. And it still won't start. Both GTA and RS Launcher...!!!
I fixed it myself by going on CMD as Admin and type sfc /scannow. Wait until it's done and then it works again. If not, do the scan multiple times.
