that sounds SO AWFUL... i dont think you made that water recirc pump any better than it was than when it came in-- honestly- sure you put new front and rear bearing on it like you've just 'done with every thing that comes in' and call it good -- but the pump itself.. my dude,, take a dremel in there and clearance it ut some or find out the reason the shaft has such a f'd up wobble to it! that think is jacked up bad
