It's all fascinating until the shoe is placed on the hoof, what a smell! My Dad didn't mind it, not for me, I'm afraid.

Really enjoyed but it would be so much better if you either provided a voice-over or wrote in notes explaining the key features of this hoof restoration. Specifically, what was the problem, what did the leather pad, dental putty, and the colored liquids do. Was this hoof infected? Fungus? Injured? Just curious.
Cool to watch your ergonomics- everything right where you need it and nothing else, all the equipment, supplies and tools you need and your muscle memory demonstrates excellent efficiency. I am curious how you select what type of shoes, how you fit them and what adjustments you're making at the anvil. Really cool.
I get that farriers are deeply involved in the medical care of hoofed animals and know a great deal about their gait, posture, angles, measurements, diseases, etc. You've got to me part veterinarian, part trainer, part physical therapist, esthetician, and part prosthesis technician I guess. Thx
