@@vitormopinto1987 I've just fixed the subtitles, thank you so much, I made a mistake! If you use a larger cake pan (22cm), the cake will be ready in less minutes. I suppose in about 25-35 minutes, but every oven is different so check it out.

Should i bake the cake first with both upper and lower and fan on and then 15 minutes with just fan or just use the fan option later?

What brand of bittersweet chocolate and sweetened cocoa powder do you use?
Lindt classic dark chocolate; Perugina unsweetened cocoa. I live in Italy, I'm afraid you can't find these brand out of Italy...don't worry, just use high quality chocolate bar and cocoa you can find where you live!

Yes, sure. Just grease it and dust it with sweetened cocoa powder, then place it onto a lined baking sheet. Let me know how it turns out!
Can i use semi sweet chocolate instead and do i need to lower the amount of sugar?
Yes you can use it. The sugar amount depends on your taste and how much sweet is the chocolate…if not too sweet you can use the same amount of sugar.

Is it ok to use honey instead of sugar in this recipe?
No, honey it’s not the same as sugar and it gives a very different cake texture, I’m sorry!
There’s a point in this recipe vid where it says to turn on the fan in the oven & cook the cake for 15 more minutes. My oven has no fan. It’s not a convection oven. Do I still cook this cake for an extra 15 min?
Hello and welcome to my channel! Consider that every oven is different, even an oven with fan could bake in a different way than another oven with fan. The extra baking time with fan helps to get a crispy dry crust that is typical of this cake. If your oven doesn’t have the fan option, just keep on baking for 15 minutes more, but consider that the exact time could vary a bit depending on the type of oven. For example, gas ovens usually need more time for baking than electric oven (and I’m using an electric oven) and tend to burn the bottoms of the cake.

Yes, I think you should try to make in muffin molds, but pay attention to the baking time: they don't have to bake too much, they are ready when a toothpick comes out dirty with moist crumbs.
