    Great instructional. All new white belts should watch this, especially the ones that want to compete. This would be hugely beneficial to alot of bjj guys that just butt scoot as their go to takedown.

    Great Work ! Thank you very much ! Watch out with the front flip back take you could do some serious damage to the spine of your opponent. To do this technique you should have a seatbelt. I use to do it without it too but after few accidents in bjj community I prefer the seatbelt grip. Keep up the good work ! See you on the mats !
