  • In this video I will show you how to make Khmer rice cake, for Cambodian people call them “Ansom” or “Nom Ansom”, For these cakes have two types, cake with banana and cake with pork. This this video will show you for the first type, “Cake with banana” This delicious cakes are traditional Cambodian dessert. The most of Cambodian people like making this food eating them after lunch or dinner (it’s a sack).
    Generally, Cambodian people make these cakes in Pchum Ben day (Cambodian religious festival).
    Ingredients:
    banana leaves, tao yai mom rice,
    banana, coconut cream, salt
