Hi everyone! Today I propose 2 delicious eggplant recipes that you must try! You can prepare them for lunch or dinner for the whole family! The first recipe is a very tasty baked focaccia stuffed with aubergines and mozzarella. You will not have to knead or even get your hands dirty! In the second part of the video you will find super tasty and easy baked eggplant with zucchini. Both recipes are very delicious! Ingredients:
For the stuffing
- 2 eggplants
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Olive oil
For the dough:
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml of yogurt
- 20 ml of olive oil
- 250 grams of flour
- 150 ml of water
- 10 gr of instant yeast
- Salt and pepper

Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 100 gr of feta
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- Olive oil

Ricette Perfette Pour être époustouflé c'est vrai je le suis j'ai jamais préparé des aubergines de cette manière on a l'impression de manger un pain d'aubergines au fromage cette recette est géniale et moelleuse. Quant à la deuxième elle est très originale avec cet ajout de petits cubes de courgettes comme farce. Comme vous le dites ces deux recettes sont TOP 2 de recettes hors du commun et cela doit être vraiment délicieux. Vous êtes un grand Chef et Mille merci pour ces recettes précieuses et faciles à préparer.

I will prefer recipe N°2, reducing the amount of breadcrumbs, because I am on a keto diet and I don't use flour and carbohydrates in general (like in recipe N°1) but generally the Italian vegetables recipes are Ok and so delicious for everybody ! I am writing in English but I am from Paris France and speaks French .... Je parle français 😆
