Hi Robert. I just found you today. I noticed your weight loss videos are from a year ago. I hope you are still doing well. And would love to see more videos like the weight loss videos. Thank you. ❤
Hopefully I will have time to make some new videos soon. I just hit 2 years of no soda and I'm still eating healthy. I did gain some weight but I also lift weights regularly now.
@@everything_robert listen I know what it’s like to be hooked on Pepsi. I have to wonder if they put something in it to make it addictive. I’m glad you’re still hanging in there. I found your videos really informative and I would love to see more like them. Hang in there.
more to come
Same! Glad to see he’s doing well.
Robert is a straight up G. Still responding to people after a year. I'm a Costco member and will definitely be getting these the next time for my personal weight loss journey. Thank you, Robert.
Thanks I need to make an updated Costco video, I get some new stuff now.
Just got done watching all 3 of your weight loss videos. I love your minimalist style and easy meal options you got going on. Love to see any new finds and eats you been into lately, to give me more inspiration 😊 hope all is well your way
Thanks, I will make some update videos soon when I get some time
Pro tip: store the peanut butter upside down in the fridge
What does that do?
Holy moly, you’ve got food everywhere! 😜. Lots of snacks.
Haha yhea I stock up when I find something I like
Just found your channel. Thank you.
Thanks for subbing!
Those Yasso ice cream bars and Unreal candies are a life saver for a late night sweet tooth! Love the Bolthouse salad dressings and the Good good jellies!! I’m obsessed with pb&js too lol. It’s so crazy how many peanut butters out there contain more ingredients than just simply peanuts and salt!?! Why would anyone want palm oil
in my PB?? Yuck! Also love the Dave’s Powerhouse seed bread and I also try to buy pasture-raised eggs whenever they’re available. I didn’t know tomatoes were on the dirty dozen so thank you for that info. Also never tried the Sieta chips but I will be buying them this weekend to dip in my pico de gallo and/or guacamole 😋
And oh man I love snacking on roasted almonds and macadamia nuts are my absolute weakness!! Would love to see you post more videos if you get a chance 🤙
You will love the Siete chips
This video is packed with great info just like the first one I watched earlier today. So happy I found your channel ❤
Awesome! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Would love some updates from you.
Hopefully soon, I'm just so busy right now.
Hi Robert! I just found your channel. Very helpful!
I'm glad you found it helpful
Love your minimalism and food videos! Please keep making more as they are so inspirational
Thank you! Will do!
Very good work. I eat a lot of peanut butter, but I just eat it right from the spoon nothing else. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, I love peanut butter
This was an in-depth amazing review on the products that use to lose weight.
Thanks glad you liked it
This is fantastic! Do you happen to have a shopping list for all these items and some basic recipes for the meals you make?
I have a few links in the description but that is a good idea to make a master list. When I was learning about all of this I would take notes while I watched videos.
Love your videos. I have a question which I hope you don't mind me asking. Are you happy in life?
Where did you go?
Still here just too busy to make video. Hopefully soon I will be able to make a update video. I just hit 2 years with no soda and I'm still eating healthy.
Robert, looking forward to seeing videos also on becoming a minimalist.
I want to do that 😀
Go for it!
Hello! Hope you make more videos ;)
I will try
Hi Robert! I just saw this video and it “Super Motivated me” and gave me hope! I use many of the food products you use which is half the battle. Can you share what your daily exercise regimen was while you lost your 75 pounds pleeeeeesssseeee! I want to do what you did! Hopefully you will see this and respond. THANK YOU in advance for motivating me! HEALTH IS WEALTH! ❤️
Hi Robert, I have only been able to lose weight only on keto diet. I have never tried to lose weight without being on keto diet. It sounds like you have lost 75 lbs while eating carbs? How much carbs were you eating per day when you lost all this weight? Did you do any fasting at all? I eat clean/healthy just like you and keep up with your healthy lifestyle. Thank you for this informative video. I will go back and watch all your videos. This is my first video of yours to watch. Take care.
I lose weight by simply keeping my total calories in a deficit. At the end of the day by taking in less overall you will lose weight. Reducing everything but can still have everything. Moderation is key
Try counting your caloies and be meticulous with it no cheating. Also use a TDE calculator to figure out your baseline caloies you use in a day, use the sedentary lifestyle option. Walk every day, work up to 1 hour a day. When you can do 1 hour a day start walking faster, keep walking 1 hour a day just try and walk further in that one hour time. Dont get discouraged you will see results.
how do you make the food around 9:45 that looks super yummy
I show that in my other video called "I ate the same thing every day to lose 75 pounds in 6 months"
Hello I’m your new Subby and watching your 3 videos on weight loss, hopefully we see you in near future ❣️🤗🌹🫶💐
More to come
Great vids I look forward to more content from you if you ever plan to come back :)
That's the plan!
Pasture eggs are better. Find corn-free and soy-free eggs though.
My Costco now stocks pasture raised and that's what I get now.
@@everything_robert Eating clean means not eating GMOs. At least 95% of corn and soy are genetically engineered. Corn and soy are not natural food for chickens. Another reason why soy and corn oils are so unhealthy.
What is your calorie intake ???
It was 900-1100 a day. That was too low. Now I do 2000-2400 and I now lift weights and walk regularly.
Did you take Ozempic?
Nope, did not need and scared of the side effects
@@everything_robert that’s great news. Unfortunately it’s another reason why people can’t trust transformation videos anymore. I’ve been eating your way for 4-5 years, keep it up
I don't love how you're referring to everything as "clean" or "superclean" or "junky seed oils". It sounds like you've swayed way to much the other way. There is still a lot of processed stuff in crisps etc
Yhea I agree. I have relaxed the rules I had since I made this video. I have found a better balance now.
this man has a grocery store in his house : 0
Haha I like to stock up
I think you need more fat in your diet. Fat keeps you full. Good quality butter, ghee, tallow or lard. Also red meat. Have you check your blood glucose level? Needs to be under 90 when you wake up. Your weight might be fine but you might be pre-diabetes.
I should try out ghee when I cook, I use avacado oil currently.
@@everything_robert Avocado is okay. Avocado is a fruit. Better than seed oils like canola, soy, corn oils. Ghee (butter) comes from cows. It's animal fats. We need good animal fats. People confuse fat (always solid) with oil (always liquid). I would buy a glucose meter and check your blood sugar every morning. Should be less than 90 if you're healthy. Costco sells ghee.
Some people even eithout diabetes have high morning glucose, don't do ine size fits all BS.
i will get some ghee next time I'm there, thanks
Hi what happened to you. Are you going to drop a v?
Hopefuly soon, I'm just so busy now. I'm a little over 2 years in to my journey and going strong.
Not sure why you're concerned about calories. I lost 80 pounds (all I needed to lose) in less than a year by going on the keto diet many years ago and ate a ton of calories. But I ate less than 20 carbohydrates a day. That's what makes the keto diet so easy and delicious... no need to pay any attention to calories. In fact the more calories the more full you are so you don't have to eat all day to be satisfied. This doesn't mean all the foods you eat are packed with calories; it just means that eating a few high calorie foods is fine as long as you don't eat more than 20 carbs for the whole day.
Congrats on the weight loss, thats great.
These posts are why people look at keto weird. You sound like a boomer.
For some people these diets sre not sustainable.
