    Be careful with all that spinach if you don't want to end up in the ER with kidney stones. Very high in oxalates!

      Good luck you can do this. Start walking everyday and keep learning about nutrition. It takes time but just get started today, you don't need to know everything before you begin.

      Good luck. Eating the same thing everyday works for me and makes it easy to keep track of how much I'm eating. Try to walk each day. Just start out doing what you can and build up your time and speed in the upcoming months. You will be supprised how far and fast you will be able to walk in just a month.

    Good for you! I’m sure you also feel much better and will be around for your little one! I haven’t eaten out for a few years except for an occasional trip to Chipotle and stopped that a few months ago because of the seed oil used in cooking real food. I’ve eaten clean lean meats & fish with organic veggies with limited starch such as rice or potatoes, limited wheat and yet have gained 15 lbs since Covid. I walk 2-3 times a week and do resistance training 3 days a week. What’s up with that!! Frustrating as a female over 60.

      Since you are training now a lot of the weight is probably muscle, that's great keep it up.

    Cravings: hardest the first three days; reach another milestone after 3 weeks. Day 22, cravings should be mild or nonexistent.

    Excellent! I used to tell my fitness clients to go see an RD and to avoid “advice” from friends, family, and the internet lol. And to add something “new/good” everyday or week and in no time the “bad” stuff will go away on its own. One thing I will, say is that carbs are necessary for energy whole protein is necessary for tissue repair. But they have to se more natural options than those with additives. For example, bread made with flour, water, salt, and yeast won’t plump you up the same way “Wonder bread” will 😉

      I have changed things up a bit but my grocery bill is crazy high. Less snacks now and no more sausage, just beef or chicken now.

      Good luck. Just take it a step at a time. Choose one food you like and eat regularly and find a substitute for it. Plan your meals ahead so you don't go and eat out.n

    Yeah i have done simething similar I eat 2 rx bars for breakfast 3 to4 eggs for lunch and a can of costco sardines for dinner. On weekends and days off. On workdays i add on collard greens for breakfast and for lunch i just try to eat a normal or less portion and if i eat more i allow myself to eat like salad with no dressing.

      Cool good luck. Make sure you are getting enough protein so you don't lose too much muscle. Do some resistance training and I maintain or build muscle.
