My mom passed away in 2013. Living a mother daughter relationship vicariously through you two has me smiling ear to ear every time. Mama Maples reminds me a lot of what my mom was like so it's a little like knowing what it'd be like to do these things with my mom

When making chocolate bombs, flip the molds upside down so that the excess chocolate drips out. It will give you more room to fill them with hot cocoa and marshmallows
And actually temper the chocolate or use compound chocolate. Won't melt at room temperature so badly.

Smarties in Canada are candy coated chocolate, like M&Ms. American smarties are what we call rockets.

@@bellari1232 Canadian Smarties are better imo, because they are chocolate. Opinions may differ though since they are totally different. In my experience Rockets taste exactly like American Smarties.
(Canadian Smarties are just a little different from m&m's; the chocolate is different-less sugary perhaps- and they are a little bigger and coloured differently. They switched to only natural colouring so the purple isn't very bright.)

Guys, it’s definitely not a meringue. The texture is way off. A meringue would me harder, not so squishy.
