We came second overall! And won the CHOREOGRAPHY Category! So thankyou again to all involved!
I'm absolutely devastated that I have to upload an incomplete video for the comp, so many people put time and effort into helping me create this. Thank you to Olly for being my choreography partner and sacrificing your weekends (and knuckles)

A huge thanks to all the students of ANPS and their parents who helped create the battle scene! And also Ms Nichol the principal for allowing me to film at the school!
We overcame lighting and bad weather hurdles to complete filming but in the end the editing got me. I will work hard still to upload in future a complete video worthy of all the time and effort everyone put in! Until then please forgive this rough audio competition edit.

Amazing job man! This is your best work yet, hands down! All the comedy hit very effectively. And I think the choreography in this is your strongest yet! All this fighting just for an Oreo promo lol freakin brilliant. One of the most entertaining lightsaber duels I’ve seen man.

So great. I was smiling the whole time this was running. Some of the most believable and best-looking choreography, in terms of the way you both react to the other fighters moves, I've seen in this LCC2018. Just a blast to watch, and a cheeky fun video.

Great job with your comedy! By far the best part of this video. Blasty McSaberface is one of the all time best LCC videos in my opinion, which makes it difficult to top. But you came really close with this one. Nice job.

I have to be honest, I looked up “lightsaber duel” and filtered it so I could only see stuff uploaded today for some cringe shit but I found this. The editing, camerawork, after effects and choreography on this video are spectacular! Keep up the great work!

Was this a legit Oreo ad? Either way, it was great! I loved the janitor throughout this scene just truckin along, and that major fight at the ends looked like it was a ton of fun. Good job!

Holy chicken! I thought you had a lot of people last year! Wow! Was it hard getting that many people to cooperate?
It was alot of work, obviously I had to get permissions and stuff but on the day the kids did a great job of following direction and was actually really fun 😁

This was by far my favorite entry (I say that as one of the SFX artists for another entry lol). Out of curiosity, what camera(s) did you shoot on? The camera quality/work is incredibly impressive!
Thankyou! It was the first time I used a Canon 70D and it worked out great! However filming outside with natural light on different days and times with different weather definitely made me realise I need to get an ND filter in future 😂 I'm looking into colour grading/correction too so hopefully future videos will look better
@@jeffimsheroky Right now I shoot all of my videos for my channel on a Canon t5i and color grading and LUTs have made all the difference for my cinematic pieces! I'm looking at upgrading my camera body, so I'll be considering the 70D. Thanks!
