Shaq has been in the spotlight since he was in high school, and handled himself extremely well. Considering what that type of hype, fame, and fortune do to most souls, he should def be commended. From all of that experience, I feel like he is now the old wise owl that just drops wisdom bombs. Very respectful way of answering the bait question from Ariel, who at times can cross the line and go from true journalism, to more of a drama stirring instigator (there's a very fine line and i'm not downplaying the difficulty in being able to walk it). I also dislike the way Ariel plays dumb when he does cross the line and gets called out for it, but MOST of the time I think his intentions are good, and he obviously isn't afraid to ask the tough questions which needs to be done as well (see above crossing the line sentiment). All in all great interview and great wisdom displayed by Mr. O'Neal. Respect!

I trained at Gracie Orlando when shaq trained there back in 2004 2005 but I never met him he always did private lessons but I did however meet Jonathon burke. ALOT. Also I met some gracies there as well I miss that place. I remember when fedor fought crocop we were all freaking out the next day lol.
