The scenery on your return trip reminds of British Columbia, beautiful countryside, amazing views and roads. The e-208 is proving to be a very capable small car.
Great trip video with landscapes reminding me of the nimbers. This yellow'ish car looks awesome and driving the inland with more challenging roads show that 208 is a great small car. And the charging queue is great, real life test ! So nice vacation-test this time too. Thanks for sharing the nice trip !
I’m very thankful for you showing the “real world problems”. Usually you only think of range and charge time as the problem. But this shows another problem😅
@@roffaleft499 come on. Oslo - Trondheim - Oslo is about 1000 km, no borders, all highways. OK it's not the usual way but will it make such a big difference ?

Great video. I test drove an E-208 and really liked it - fun to drive as you say and did feel lighter than my Zoe (even though the weight is similar). Temped to upgrade my Zoe ZE40 to one of these or a ZE50, hesitating because I would really like a convertible. Hopefully be more EV choice in a year or two.
I love the road trio videos. So I haven’t checked if anyone else has asked... ... will you do an e208 vs e2008 side by side comparison? At least you would get a bit more space to sleep! Thanks TB
The charging que in the video shows why we need dynamic power sharing. Dynamic power sharing gives a lot of stalls at the same power usage. A car can have a 50kW, but get more if the other stalled are unused.
Hi Byorn I like your video. It shows to me how to use a city car with a small range (less than 400km range) doing a trip of 1000 km. Very good job. I appreciate a lot our effort, congratulations. As a suggestion I would like in the future, a resume of kms and charges for a trip like this in a table. Also comparing this charges with other vehicles. I know it depends of several unpredictable factors, but it is a way to show people that could be used a small car (small range battery) to do long trips. Once again thanks for your video.
Great video Bjorn. After your charging problems last Saturday, my opinion was a bit negative. But this roadtrip turned that around. I hope Peugeot can fix the software problem and make the car more efficient. It looks better than the ZOE.
Reminded me of the trip I did from Moss to Bergen back in 2013 whe I used to live in Norway. Great memories. These roadtrip videos are amazing, better if they're with EV. Looking forward to the next one.
Tesla should open their CCS Supercharger network to Third party charging for a reasonable charging fee. It would make them a little money and it would open up more charging stations to ev users.
Why not take advantage of oil to transition to cleaner forms of energy? While oil is very profitable, it isn't renewable. Norway is smart to utilize oil profits to transition themselves for cleaner alternatives before it runs out. The same pattern can be found in Middle East: UAE invests in tourism.
Bjørn Nyland Nice 😊 I’ve watched your adventures since three years back at least. You did a lot of Nimble stuff back then. It inspired me to do similar things.
Thanks for the ride along Bjorn! I liked that you included the "real world" issues that EV drivers can have. Sadly, the e206 will not be sold in the US. It really does seem to check a lot of the boxes for an EV.
Another great video Bjorn. I enjoy watching ALL your videos... I have had several electric cars. My ex demo Peugeot e-208 arrives next week. I am looking forward to driving it...
Great trip video of e208 thank you and beautiful / vakkert Norwegian countryside. Queuing to charge on long trips is quite common here in Ireland as we have fewer chargers.

To bad you didn't take the road over Suleskard where there is now supposedly 10-15m of high walls of snow on both sides of the road (snow plow has cut through 10-15m of high snow to open the road). Also a fantastic scenic route. Good video as always.
I want to buy a car but honestly I am not sold on EVs yet. It's the future no doubt, but I think the technology is not there yet. A normal diesel hatchback can reach 1200km (VW Polo), where a more expensive (almost double the price) EV has 250km.. It's not bad but it's too much of a hassle for me to always keep my eye on the battery level (like a smartphone). I will go for diesel for now, maybe I'll get an EV when they're more affordable and have better range. Thanks for the videos! Keep it up :)
I have discussed about this in many live streams. The problem with live streaming during road trip is that it tends to take the attention away from the video production. Besides, that route I took had shitty 4G connection.
Wow, this seems like luxury ! Ionity have put up a network of chargers just for TeslaBjørn. Just don't understand why they put up more than one stall ? Make no sense to me (OK, OK, at end of video it seems that more are charging...)
E-road-trip Norway. You should make a video where to drive and where to supercharge. Lets say 4-5 day window camp in car in Noraway, let us know how to get the best out of it.
Allister Bullock PSA have very good leasing rates via the PSA Bank. Therefore we are leasing the E-2008 that we have ordered in March. And in 48 months time we can then get a newer car with most probably a higher range 👍
Yes, I was wondering if it would have a yearly subscription/lock-in which is no use for the vast majority of owners who don't do long distances regularly, or if Ionity would offer reasonable charging rates for PSA group car owners for occasional road trips (the majority of people).
Love the e208. I will be looking to replace my current 3008 Diesel with either the e208 or the e 2008 when my lease ends. Has the charging glitch that happened in the race been resolved or is it still glitching?
