There is no place for them to send their money “back home to” where it can be worth more than what it is in their home nation (the United States). Unfortunately, that all changed because the Baby Boomers were the last generation that experienced forced segregation endorsed by the government.
When you are segregated you have no choice but to work together. So, people in the community came together and created businesses to serve the community.
Black America has forgotten the valuable lessons learned from segregation. Together we are strong. Divided we are weak.
There isn’t BA town or Africa town anywhere in the US because of racism? One was proposed 20+ years ago in Detroit and it was challenged as unconstitutional. This happened all over. But somehow China Town or Arab town is OK.

Yeah they are getting aid and everything.. No illegal immigrant can say they worked hard for anything in this country. The government gave them everything!
