    Welcome Back To Daily Aviation!
The TECNAM P2006T light twin is genuinely unique in its class because it is versatile and affordable. You get more than a twin in this aeroplane for less than a single in price! The TECNAM P2006T Twin has made a name for itself as the aircraft of choice for both individual owners and the world's top flight training organisations. Leading General Aviation flight-test journalists laud its styling, handling, and extremely cheap operating expenses, making it a perennial favourite. This twin-engine, constant-speed, retractable-gear aircraft provides a "complex" training environment at a portion of the expense of its rivals. Early in the 2000s, when Tecnam chose to construct their first twin-engine aircraft, work on the P2006T began. In terms of appearance, the P2006T is.in this video, we are looking into Why the Tecnam P2006T Is THE BEST Light Twin

Twins that suffer an engine failure do not go on to destination. They go to the nearest available safe place to land. That is in the safety literature. The P2006T can only climb 150 feet per minute on one engine in perfect conditions. That is very low for a twin.
The one main weak point of the P2006T is the fact that is has FOUR Bing carburetors, which is the Rotax 912's weakest reliability feature. I wonder why Tecnam does not offer a model with the fuel injected 912 which is even more efficient. I presume it is because of increased weight.
