- After a very busy week of pool-building and a last-minute drive to Melbourne, we decided to relax and take a morning stroll through Gardners Falls. These scenic waterfalls are a hidden gem in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and a wonderful freshwater swimming hole for locals and visitors. It's just a short, level walk from the car park downstream to the falls...
In this video, we also show you a time-lapse of our swimming pool being built....we found it fascinating and hope you do too!

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Queensland and sharing everything our beautiful State has to offer!

Hi Sandra 😊 thank you and Happy Easter to you too! Yes, it was a huge trip…we left on Sunday and arrived in Melbourne on Monday for the funeral then we headed home Tuesday morning and arrived home Wednesday late afternoon….around 1900 km each way. Luckily there were 3 of us to share the driving and we had a break every 2 hrs or so. We’re really pleased you enjoyed this video 🤗

Condolences to you both for the loved one you had to say goodbye to, I hope you’re filled with good memories. Exciting to have a pool finished and ready for use - will be lovely in the spring and summer especially. I can’t believe in all the years we lived in the coast I’ve never been to those falls - must do when we come home next year. Have a lovely Easter.
