These are PT's Fuel Injector Harness/ECU Test Light Set. These are a simple light bulb that plugs into the wiring harness to make sure your computer and wires are activating the fuel injector.

Even the blue point set looks identical to these, the powerprobe 4 allows graphing so you can compare output injection timing from cyl to cyl bank to bank. You just hope the vehicle is obd2 so you can scan to see if a cylinder is being inhibited by the PCM.

I wonder if they make a version you can attach an oscilloscope to, for some of those more unusual failure modes.

I could have used a set of these on my wife's 93 Civic and my 03 SV1000S, both had ecm failures. Both got repaired by prayers.
