@@Kurtis11266 Life isn't 100% environmental. There are plenty of things that you are born with that give you advantages. Almost everyone could be raised in the exactly the same environment as Jimi Hendrix and probably would either not be as good, or would be a different type of good. Sure, he put in all the work and developed his craft, but you do need talent and hard work

I love advanced technique etc yet the fullness of this music is about something else whilst at the time he created this it was very advanced technique. I could have used this video back before arthritis forced me to sell my Strat. Love this song. Takes me back to High School (1970) when I bought Axis Bold as love record and 8 track.

The voice ing,the phraseing and the fingering got me flipped the hell out. I just blows me away how he came up with the riffs. Where in the hell was this man at in his head to come up with these chords and notes. Only a God could do that.

Man, this fouls me up something fierce. I am left handed and seeing that left handed guitar played right handed and strung upside down is like a double negative to my brain...like watching Albert King play. Is that what it's like for right handed people watching Hendrix play?
