Some consider it the the Concorde of the water: the HSC Francisco. Its turbines were developed from aircraft technology, making it the fastest commercial ship in the world. On the route between Buenos Aires in Argentina and Montevideo in Uruguay, it competes with airplanes.
The U212A is one of the most modern submarines in the world and the first with fuel-cell propulsion. Designed for silent and invisible coastal defense. This technologically fascinating and mysterious ship rounds out the episode.

what this documentary should do, is do a documentary about the biggest oldest ship afloat in the world. They should also do a documentary about the oldest submarine still afloat in the world like taiwan which still uses ww2 submarines for their navy ! WAY MORE interesting then modern technology for sure !

Those large container ships could make 27 knots with something like 108,000 hp. Hard to believe but the 6 years it takes to build a 212 submarine, the whole of WW2 was fought, and Germany alone built over 1000 subs.
