I didn’t know about the phrase “Moshe veKalev.” I thought about this phrase in relationship to the mistakes you were talking about, and realized that this phrase includes all of those prefix letters מ ש כ ל ב. Brilliant! You could do an entire video about common mistakes Hebrew learners make with regard to high frequency words, and phrases using these prefix letters. Thanks for talking about this set of mistakes!

In Ulpan in Hebrew U, our teacher was puzzled at how many students, writing about their activities, wrote they enjoy guarding the television. Hmmm? She realized students were translating "watching TV" as "l'shmor TV" which means to guard, and she corrected it to L'histakel batelevisia. I remember that.

שתי שעות, שני ימים, שני חודשים, ושתי שנים אלה לא טעויות.
דיברתי על צורת הזוגי של מילים מסוימות (שעתיים, שבועיים וכו'). מילה יוצאת דופן היא "דקה" שהופכת פשוט ל"שתי דקות". או שיש אותה גם כ"דקתיים"?

במקרה של דקות שתי הצורות תקינות. גם שתי דקות וגם דקתיים
ברוב המוחלט של המקרים אנשים ישתמשו בשתי דקות, דקתיים היא אופציה יותר ספרותית
