The first ride of Every Mile is a Memory story begins with a ride from Bangalore to Agumbe. Travel has been my greatest teacher through out my life, craving way for new experiences and challenges. Meeting people, making new friends, learning their culture - it's a gain of deep sense of satisfaction with what I have learned from a trip.
Route: Bangalore - Nelamangala - Hassan - Belur - Sringeri - Agumbe
Agumbe has been in my list for quite a long time and it is this year (Oct) I got a chance to rev in my Apache in the rain-forest ghat. I decided to take the Belur-Chikmagalur ghat instead of the Shimoga-Thirthahalli route as I wanted to experience the ride through the reserve forest. Thanks to Kasturi akka for accomodating me at Dodda Manne for two days.
It has been a perfect weekend riding to Agumbe and exploring the rain-forest.
A simple man with a simple bike enjoying his life. No flashy editing or over the top commentary. I love it :)

Bro haven't travelled for past 5 months.
if we go solo to agumbe how to commute? buses are there or two wheeler renting can be done?
Bus facility is available in agumbe. There are more cab and auto services than bus. So commuting shouldn't be a problem. Beaware of the mobile network, its very bad, airtel and vodafone never think of it. Jio is available, atleast to make calls. Have your wallet filled, as there is only one atm and most of the time it will be power cut so availability will be less. And there are no two wheeler renting available at agumbe.
