    What is with the view, if they build a high rise condo between Soi Kasetsin 11 and Kasetsin 11 Alley? Or is there any guarantee that this place can not build with high rise buildings?

      Thanks for watching. With this condo having a side sea view, anything built in front of the condo would not impede the view. Anything built beside the condo (left of the existing Andromeda Condo) would need to be low rise. This is Thailand however and we can't guarantee that the view won't change in the future. The things that will remain are the condo's proximity to the beach, the size, the corner position, no upstairs neighbours, the build quality and the exclusivity of having only 79 units in the building.

    seems like there was quite a bit of land between your view and the beach that could one day remove your view.

      Thanks for watching. Land in this area of Pratumnak is segregated into smaller plots, with strict rules on building high rises close to the sea. Some of this open land is occupied by car parking for the cafe's nearby, some is used by private residences, and some is vacant land. It's difficult to guarantee a view in this area without being directly beachfront, but for the view to be completely blocked is very unlikely.

    This is a beautiful and well presented condo but it’s been up for sale for a long time. It’s very hard to sell these big size condos. The maintenance fee is not to be ignored, it works out really expensive.

      Thank you for watching and for your feedback. We just recently listed this property, though it may have been listed previously. Fair point, the higher priced properties generally don't sell as quickly as lower priced properties. The maintenance fee works out to about 7,120 THB per month or 85,440 THB per year. 40 THB per sqm is average for the market and slightly below average for a condo of this age and quality with these facilities.

      @@condoconnectionproperty thanks for your reply. I can confirm this has been for sale for a while as I viewed the property in person about 1 year ago. If it’s owned by the developer I guess they’re not in a rush to sell. It’s a lovely property nonetheless. I actually ended up buying a unit at Royal Cliff. Bigger size and slightly cheaper.
