- The Radon Skeen Trail carbon fully is a mountain bike for trail use. The light 29 inch bike also cuts a fine figure on tours and in light enduro use and scores in cross country use. In this custom build, the Radon mountainbike is made for a world of mtb dream build video. The Radon Skeen Trail full suspension bike rolls on light 29 in Tune carbon wheels and fast Schwalbe tires. The Schwalbe Wicked Will as well as the Schwalbe Racing Ralph and the mountain bike suspension made of Fox damper and Cane Creek helmet fork lead safely over the trail and shine on the downcountry lap. The new Hope XCR bicycle disc brake brings the Radon bike to a stop. The 29 inch mountain bike is powered by a Shimano XT group and an ethirteen Helix 12-speed cassette. The e thirteen carbon crank and the OneUp carbon handlebar contribute to the low weight of the Radon carbon bike. The One Up EDC Tool is always within reach, because the One Up tool is in the steerer tube. In the video you can see step by step how the dream of a bicycle is built.

Component companies got to get together and choose a specific shade of color for all the major ones. It so dumb when orange or purple parts come in 10 different shades depending on what company you get parts from. Like the orange hubs look nothing like the cassette or handle bars

Kauf dir halt nen fertiges und Bau um was du anders haben möchtest, mein Skeen abweichend zu Serie eine bessere bremse bekommen, eine vecnum nivo mit 182mm Hub und ein Satz Kettenblätter mit besserer Abstufung für steile Berge schon ist es für mich praktisch perfekt, die dt Swiss 1900 sind ja schon ganz gut

my aliuminium full frame with with dtswiss 295 grams, and here carbon and 3.5kg :D
There are lighter ones indeed ;). It has a aluminium rear end and is intended for trail use though ;).
richtig schöner (fast) stimmiger aufbau mit viel liebe, über die reifenwahl für ein trailbike könnte man jetzt noch längere zeit philosophieren. nur eines geht nicht, die kabelbinder für die züge. die stylepolizei würde euch dafür.......................... :-) macht weiter so mfg
Ja, die Reifenwahl ist eher auf Vortrieb ausgelegt 😅 Bei den Kabelbindern muss sich die Stylepolizei dann aber Radon melden, technisch passt aber voll. Die Züge werden schön geklemmt und scheuern somit nicht am Rahmen 👍

Schöner Aufbau aber ich würde es nicht am Tauchrohr der Sattelstütze klemmen. Alle Momente ob durch Festziehen von Schrauben oder Eigenmasse vom Aufbau stützen sich auf der Lagerung der Sattelstütze ab 😟

The frame looks great, the build is awesome BUT 10:59 OMG I've never seen so much resistance against rotation with brand new bearings. That suggests to me that wrong tolerances have been used on the frame. Crank hole is too tight and the bearing are compressed: they won't last much. Poor quality control from Radon. Just lost a customer here, as I did purchased a bike from them a few years ago with the very same problem. Quality control is not an optional step!!!!!!!
Not sure it’s the frame, I ride the 2021 Skeen and there’s a lot less resistance. (I noticed it too in the video). In fact, I’m really impresses by how smooth everything rolls after 1100km’s on it. Cheers!
