In Todays video we are going to discuss on 2 important report which are Coming. 1st one is on Public Sector Bank Disinvestment report as SBI urges for PSB Disinvestment as they are in good shape and also we will know what other elements were their in the report. In another news we will focus on Performance Linked Incentive as New PLI Norm is not good for employee, so we will discuss on effect of PLI new norm on employee whether it is beneficial or not and why it is so.

Being a psb, sbi not give such reports i think there is a force from gvt to give such report .
Need to privatization of SBI first for their service and government big benefit

Bhai kam se kam video banane se pehle PLI ka rule to padh lete
If operating profit is between 0-5% = No PLI and now they have to give 1,2,3,4 or 5 days PLI based on the performance
Similarly 5-10% operating profit= only 5 days PLI was being credited now it will be 6,7,8,9 or 10 days
And for 10-15%= 10 days PLI was being credited
And above 15% it was 15 days PLI.
