- The last few days has really hit me hard regarding the level of human suffering. With the understanding that there is a life similar to the one here on Earth where we are essentially a slave race has been quite shocking.
Surely it is time that we end this madness? How can we allow such parasites to get away with such evil? We must all rise up and remember who we are!

Oh my goodness, the processing center hit home! The night after my mother passed suddenly, I dreamed she and other deceased people where in a holding center like an all white building inside and out. We only had a few minutes to say one last thing to our relatives and the ''farewell '' room was filled with tables and benches where people were crying and saying goodbye to their love ones. The bell rang and they had to leave. A door opened up and all of the deceased were walking into it while we remained in the waiting room crying and waving goodbye💯😥still makes me emotional

My 54 year old son was miserable his whole life and finally committed suicide Dec of 2023 to escape his pain. I have nightmares, now, knowing that he might be suffering more in the afterlife and I can't help him. I'm having panic attacks and can't stop crying. I was hoping his suffering finally stopped, but your last video showed me that it hasn't and I can't explain the hell I'm going through knowing what I know now. With this knowlege the isolation is horrendous.

To astral travel its important to not give into the fear when your start to feel your body going back and forth, but just let yourself flow.
To lucid dream you can start the habit of thinking "reality check", as you look down and count your fingers. Eventually as this become a habit you can wake up a dream and have a lucid experience.

It seems like a lot of people are interested in this topic. I think that it would be good to start a conference. Maybe like a 3 day conference or something with teachers and speakers and people representing different cultures and death rites and rituals, and trying to bring all of the knowledge together in one place, because this is really serious. We only have so much time to figure this out before it's time to die and we need to get it right to make sure we don't get trapped back here.

We also need to be compassionate about ourselves. Only then we will be able to be compassionate for others. This is happening to me and it hurts!!!!! The guilt I'm feeling is tremendous, but after I feel all the pain, looking at others and forgiving them is extreamely easy.
Also the thought crosses my mind as to why hasn't anyone who passed and got away ever come back to confirm this to us as the NDE's do for the light. Has anyone ever heard a testimony of this happening. We don't have any real evidence supporting the conclusions we have come too. I'm desperate for real answers but I don't think they will be coming anytime soon!

I learned about the soul trap from Howdie on the Jeffmara podcast and it blew my mind. That was a while ago and I've had time to process it. After your last video, I was thinking exactly the same thing today as you mentioned concerning how we've all been traumatised and how the darkness uses shame, guilt and fear to keep us controlled by thinking, as Richard Grannon said, that we are' a useless piece of' doggy doo (might be imprisoned for saying the real word as I'm in the UK🙄). It's a control mechanism to disempower us and to keep us in the system. I saw it play out on a news piece from a courtroom. I can't remember what the person had done but it was something like being in the wrong place at the wrong time and the judge, all part of the darkness theatre, was looking at the defendent menacingly through his eyebrows. All mind shame and guilt mindgames to make people feel destroyed as a human being. Shame is such a powerful negative emotion. I've also been reading a book called The Map of Consciousness Explained by a psychiatrist called Dr David R Hawkins. He mapped out the energy levels of consciousness. At the bottom was Shame which he said was 'perilously close to death'. After that was Guilt. Then Apathy, Grief and Fear. All of those are disempowering and what darkness exploits to keep us in a state of hopelessness, powerlessness and slavery.
My feeling for myself was that I had to continue to practise self love because that to me is the foundation of a stable core, so that when they come at you trying to trigger you into negative states you can maintain your sovereignty. They hate love and they especially don't want you to love yourself.
I liked a Steven Greer phrase when he said ' I do not recognise your authority'! Both Darius J Wright and Willim Buhlman (OBE explorers) emphasise that nothing can entrap the soul because we are so powerful, unless we believe we can be. I've had my own traumas growing up like a lot of people and life is a trauma. I'm 64 and it's taken me a long time to learn to love myself and it's something I have to work on all the time. I was brought up to be a people pleaser so, even at my age, I am still unlearning negative programming, but feel I've made huge strides in the past few years, faster than ever before in my life. Darkness, however, never lets up testing particularly those who are waking up to the trap it seems!
People are unaware they are unaware, I was too at one point. I thought I was awake, it was a trap. I see it now.

Hi Tony. I watched the last video.. pretty spot on about the buildings..I have astral traveled before a few.times and there are always buildings..I accidentally ended up at my best friends daughters house, at the dinner table trying to talk to her, but she couldn't hear or see me, She was talking to her boyfriend about going somewhere for dinner in Brighton at the weekend, Then all of a sudden I jumped back into my body then woke up. Well I say jumped but it felt like I was going really fast and vibrating both at the same time, it scared me so bad, I rang my friend to tell her about it and she confirmed that her daughter was definitely going to Brighton but how the heck did you know that? .I was so baffled myself. Untill it happened again this time I had a lil more control because I became aware I was astral protecting.. It's definitely about intention and fun when you get the hang of it. But a t it's scary when you first leave your body the sensations is so fast you feel like you have just jumped of a airplane but going sideways. That's the only way I'm able to describe it. You'll know when it happens but definitely deciding where to go is a must of you'll end up at a random place😂😂 Thank you for finding the information I'm really grateful to you.

Since lockdown of 2020 I’ve had very vivid dreams every night that I never remember properly the next day and I wonder now if I’ve been astral projecting. I’m not an expert, obviously, I didn’t know what to think until I watched your last video and it all clicked into place. If your interested in lucid dreaming and astral projection my advice is to keep a dream journal. That is what helped me. I've been lucid dreaming and astral traveling for ten years. A dream journal will help you be more aware during dreams and astral experiences. And remember them when you wake up.
In my experience dreams are really unaware astral experiences. I've had regular dreams turn into super hyper real astral experiences that were several times more real then earth. When your dreaming your really alone in your own astral world. Although I have sometimes gone to other worlds with people in them when dreaming. So keep a dream journal and write down your experiences. It does really help.

Lucid dreaming has been very difficult for me. I haven't been practicing it much these days but for a period of time when i was being consistent with the different methods, i was getting lucid in my dreams about once per month. However, I'd usually get too excited when realizing i was dreaming and would wake up within a few seconds. Or the lucidity would slowly fade away and it would turn back into a regular dream. I've also experienced having dreams about lucid dreaming but not actually becoming lucid (if that makes sense).
What I've learned works best is to first tell yourself to "stay calm" as soon as you realize you're dreaming and the next step from there is to just observe don't try to change the dream or immediately try to fly or transform the scenery or anything crazy extreme like that. Start with very small steps like literally just taking a few steps forwards and see what happens from there. You could also try asking the people or animals or whatever beings you encounter in there some interest questions ... but be prepared for some extreme reactions and answers lol.
I don't know if anybody is familiar with Dr Brian Weiss, a past life regression therapist, and his book "Many lives, many Masters"?
And also Michael Newton with his book "Journey of souls"?

I also did a lot of past life regressions with people, which also took me to other realms and the in-between stages, where they just rested for a while (a few years) before being reborn

They may try. Use your discernment. A being posing as a loved one will eventually guilt trip you or try to force you into something. A real loved one would never do this. It is one way to tell the difference. Like the famous Star Trek clip about this subject.

There are people here on this planet...who do actually use their consciousness and take souls to their rightful home...the video that you are talking about appears to show that we are on our own...that is not the case...everyone presumes you need to learn astral travel...its actually learning to stay in the body and move your consciousness. Astral travel is easy...moving your consciousness is more tricky.
If you are so keen to astral travel...you go into a deep relaxation...empty your mind..so you are half awake and half asleep...If you happen to go to the toilet at 3am like I tend too!! That's actually the best time...as you're starting to drift off...you'll start to feel you are leaving the body...for me it's my legs...they feel different...then off I go. But...I don't like leaving my meat suit unattended...so I'm concentrating on moving my consciousness...which is a strange feeling...you are aware of being in your body...but your 'mind' is elsewhere..
Now, that makes complete sense to me.
Why are so many people so keen on Astral travelling?
Especially if they end up in the lower Astral!!!
I've never had that need.
I can journey to other upper realms without leaving my body.
You just need to master the various brain waves and altered states of consciousness (without any substances!)

I know many people who astral travel in the lower astral realm and they end up attracting entities.
And many also astral travel during the dreamstate.
It seems to be a trend these days🤷

Not everywhere in the astral is like that. Some places are nasty. And I've been to quite a few of those. But most places are paradise. Even the nasty places are paradise compared to earth. Because you rarely feel pain in the astral. Even when you do you can turn it off on command.
I've intentionally created my own matrix when astral traveling. You can create worlds very easily. I've created hell and heaven worlds. I've created nice worlds with beaches. So you can make whatever you want. If you leave the matrix after death you can go to another matrix that is positive or you can create your own matrix.
I've learned that what we imagine we actually manifest in an astral world. I had an astral experience once where I imagined a world and shifted completely into that world. So that is one way to create your own matrix.
So the guy who talked about the afterlife being under martial law obviously went to a bad neighborhood. But I have a lot of experience with astral projection. It usually isn't like that. Some areas of the astral are pretty bad. But most places are really nice. And even the worst areas that I've been to are paradise compared to earth.
So the afterlife worlds near earth and pretty crappy. But if you leave the matrix and go to a positive matrix or create your own matrix you can have a lot more fun. I plan to just create my own world. I'll create a beach and just chill. Then decide what I want to do next.

@@Sylver01838 They could. In some worlds teleporting is easy and in some it's difficult. But yeah they could teleport somewhere else. You can also open a portal and use it to go where you want to go. I've done both in the astral.

Tony,if you want to have s obe experience which ive had several,how i have done it is when you ready for bed at the point your almost asleep think you're way into leaving your body but you can't have any fear about the experience your about to have what so ever and you have to be laying on your back.but i will forewarn you us awake ones those entities will put you through some pretty scary evil experience.

What if nature is your “god” does that maybe somehow help set you up to be a more sovereign individual and energy? I think so.

Tony where do you think we are being operated from, are we in a pod in the sun or offworld somewhere? If we got past the astral realm, is there any way to bypass all the other realms and go out in to the universe where ever that may be. I have read that if you raise your consciousness you will go to the next level realm and so on and so on, but if alot of our dna strands were shut off before we came here, if we got out in to the universe would all our dna strands come back online, meaning that when we were told that we are here to raise our consciousness is another lie, if we already knew everything before the dna strands were cut off?
