Serious non troll question. If we see that some races have, generally speaking, innate advantages physically stronger, faster, better at long distance running ect why do we instantly discount this being possible intellectually? Obviously there are exceptions.
It’s just an uninteresting question, since intellectual capability is an individual’s trait, not a society’s.
There’s too much variation between people for the information to be useful.
Historically the reason it is usually brought up is to denigrate outsiders, so there’s that too.
