Fully Automated Mulch & Soil Bagging Line - Hopper, VF & HFFS, Robotic Palletizer & Stretch Wrapper

This video showcases a completely automated mulch and soil bagging line for one of our valued customers. The system starts with a NOVA bulk hopper and then funnels through a bulk conveyor into NOVA's volumetric feeder and HFFS-30. Once the bag fills, it is sent down the line to be knocked down, turned, and transferred to the bag flattener. The bags then travel from the flatter down a gravity conveyor to be palletized by our NRP-200 robotic palletizer. This system also has an automated pallet delivery system and automated slip sheet placement. Once the robot completes a pallet, the full pallet transfers down to our 500S overhead stretch wrapper. All of the equipment shown in this video was designed in house by our skilled engineering team, manufactured, and tested in the NOVA Automation facility in Denver, CO.
