The only reason I was able to achieve 100% P&T was to document everything in my service treatment record. I was warned by a veteran when I was in service that if I didn't document what ailed me I could not get to claim it for disability. I was lucky to have been told that by someone who knew then what I know now.

Totally agree and wish I could tell every person on active duty. You can claim and be awarded compensation for service connected items not specifically documented in your service or military medical record, but it is much harder and requires supporting documentation.
