  • Labor doesn’t want to admit they are responsible for the “self-imposed energy crisis,” according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.
    “These renewables zealots just don’t seem to grasp the problem of intermittent power; they seem to think that batteries are a feasible option, which simply is not the case,” he said.
    “Albo, Blackout Bowen and turncoat Kean, they’re responsible for our energy future - what could possibly go wrong?”

      @timothyjackson6191 yeah well it's Labor that's always been soft on boarders by allowing all in sundry to come into our country from these middle eastern war- torn crap- holes. It's Labor that has demonised gas and coal refused gas exploration to ensure we can have continue to cheap reliable energy. It's always been Labor who has been soft and apologists for violent teen crimes ( especially Sudanese teen gangs terrorising inner Melbourne and Queensland). Dan Andrews on particular turned a blind eye to African crime because he didn't want to upset his lefty bleeding heart Labor base. So I think Dutton will have the guts and resolve to act in Australia's best interest and not kow tow to bleeding hearts activists. He will ensure that the lights will remain on by implementing a sensible mix of gas, renewables and nuclear whilst coal is being phased out. He would certainly be tougher on crime and boarder control. He's definitely got my vote next year!

      CO2 is the only reason there is life on this planet! But the Globalist Monsters using their UN-controlled Politician TRAITORS to teach our children that CO2 is somehow bad? the UN has forbidden Australia to build any Modern clean Coal powered stations that remove all particulate material during the process of supplying base load electricity to power our cities and any remaining Industry,
      We have the best cleanest coal in the World! The Globalist MONSTERS UN Climate Change scam is successfully bankrupting all UN Member Countries that are stupid enough to believe the UNs CC nonsense that only the UN can prevent any damage from more CO2? The result of more CO2 is, that all plants on earth are becoming healthier, growing stronger and requiring less water because of more CO2 in the atmosphere meaning plants don’t need to open so many stromata to get the CO2 they must have to survive.
      UN PUPPET TRAITORS, 49 years so far, have agreed to sacrifice 30% of Australia's industries and 30% of Aussie jobs, which was the result of the UNs Labor Government agreeing to the UN Lima agreement in 1975, to help third-world countries like China? We produced and grew everything we needed and exported it to the world!
      That was successfully stopped! The result of 49 years of United Nations Puppets in Labor and LNP ruling Australia, during the past 49 years of endemic treason, has destroyed our industries and the UN puppets are working hard to destroy our Farmers too,’ for the GREATER GOOD? of the Globalist MONSTERS!

    Ignorance is largely borne of “not knowing what you don’t know” & can be understandably forgiven. However, Albo & Bowen, despite teams of global advisors, choose to remain steadfastly ignorant on (in particular) “energy” matters & simply refuse to concede to common sense, nor even debate its wisdom.. lest it deflate their own respective ego’s. After all Albo is (in his own lunch box) a globally important PROY MINSTA..

    Be an intelligent nerd and look at the daily graphs that AEMO produces on their website. Look at the daily peaks. Solar will contribute zero to the morning and evening peaks in Melbourne for four months of the year. guaranteed. Even Brisbane, with its shorter subtropical day will get little solar in the evening peak. On a perfect day for a greenie, wind will provide 100%. On a windless day, ‘firming ‘ gas will provide 100%. So now we need two parallel generators, transmission networks etc, to give some hope of power at peak times. Has this been costed? Has any engineering planning been done? We know the answer.

    1 A SMR costing
    This bloke just double crossed himself. What has wiring to the house got to do with solar.
    There is nothing to base any costings on as the US has abandoned work on an SMR because the buyers have pulled out after rising costs. [ Westinghouse]
    Canada will not start on a SMR until 2030
    The Callide power station has run a muck for lack of maintenance and costing. 10 Years of no power additions. This plant should have shut down years ago. The operators should be castrated for letting this disaster go on for so long.
    @awc900
    5 minutes ago
    Let's just remove the moratorium and get some real costings on nuclear instead of the biased guesswork from the likes of AEMO and CSIRO.
    There is no costings because work on the first 300 MwH reactor has been abandoned as buyers have pulled out because of rising costs.
    Who would buy an untested machine any way. I mean for years.
    @stewartbrooker
    5 minutes ago
    $100 billion for around 11GW of Nuclear, you can get 110GW of Solar for the same cost
