I also had a back issue and I fractured my spine. It cracked 80% through. I still tried to get back into my sport after over half a year of recovery. I am now playing 5 days a week.

I had a similar back injury when my L5 S1 disc ruptured and squashed my spinal canal, I know the pain this girl must have gone through, took me over a year to recover and never got back to full health. Glad she’s made a full recovery, never experienced pain like it and hopefully never will, Kudos to you good lady!!!
