Richard Farnsworth is FOREVER Matthew Cuthbert! His charm, sensitivity and overall perfect performance made this miniseries the absolute classic that it is! Him Colleen Dewhurst, and Megan Follows, as well as the entire cast was perfect for the characters they portrayed in the awesome town of Avonlea! Richard was the epitome of Matthew, in other words could never imagine anyone else pulling off such an amazing performance! PERIOD!!!!!

When Matthew died in Anne's arms I just sank into the ground. My heart literally breaks into a billion pieces at the thought of him No longer at Greene Gables. I've watched that scene like 10,00x and each time I pray and beg for him Not to die. "We might of some good to her." #RestInPeaceMatthew

@@voyager202000 If you think this video was heartbreaking, I wouldn't recommend watching the entire series. (OMG! It's a MUST watch!!!!!) I own the entire Anne of Green Gables series and there's never a day eye in the room. 😥😧😥😧
