I am diabetic, I closely monitor my glucose levels on cgm. I took this Unimate and unibalance for 1 month, my blood sugars always shoot up, then realized this product ingredients maltodextrin and sucralose. For intermittent fasting please find other ways and not by consuming these products .Intermittent fasting helps and this product shoots up your glucose levels. These product has maltodextrin and sucralose which are totally bad for diabetics and for brain health. Read about this . If you intermittent fast it helps you and get food naturally stop eating processed food , go for foods with low glycemic index. This product is for sports people athletes but not for diabetics. Unibalance has maltodextrin which has highest glycemic index. These people are fooling us, if we continue to take this products in long term it will lead to bad gut health, dementia and other issues . I wasted money on this product . It suppress appetite but it has maltodextrin and sucralose which are bad for diabetics
