One thing I really like about Safari is that you can customise the whole UI, like drag buttons around like you just want and even hide or add other buttons you wanna have.
I was just seeing how to enable the favourites because they were not there then I saw this video and the tip about the background image thing then that did it thank you

One question on safari regarding SIDEBAR, not finding any help in google or apple community - I am facing issue with UNIVERSAL CONTROLLER while using with Safari browser in macbook pro . The issue is - When i move my mouse cursor to left of the screen the safari "SIDEBAR" keeps popping up . Keeps me annoying while using UNIVERSAL CONTROLLER with my ipad pro. Is there any way to permanently disable this safari "SIDEBAR" ? , so it wont pop up when moving my cursor . Please do help 🙏
Thanks for the sub! I think you can hide it, but I'm not sure you can permanently disable it. At least not yet. If I find other info out, I'll let you know!
when opening safari it only shows search bar not menu bar. as a result cant make any changes on safari which leads to not being able to download some of the things i need to download. how do i get safari to show me menu bar
Hi. When I write something on search bar , there is a suggestion appear on the below. I navigate search suggestion with down arrow. but why I am not able to select suggestion with the pressing space. when I pressed the space ,it delete suggestion. How can I fix this.
had a question. is there a way to stop tabs from opening. for example, I can be on Etsy, looking for items , I click on an item and another Etsy page pops up with that item. is there a way where it just stays as one page, to where I can then just go back and forth with the top arrows, instead of clicking through the created tabs. ( im on Mac.)
Every time I open a tab in Safari while on a webpage it loads it to the right of all my tabs open. Is there a way to set it to open a tab just right of the tab I am on instead of all the way over to the right of all tabs?
Safari 16(running Bigsur) and DDE 2020 became everyone's worst browsers. I have had to replace it with Firefox and Opera, in Apple, there are so many errors that no update finishes them. It is obvious that in Apple they do not give rise to a ball with this browser, since having 5 updates per year is a consequence of not achieving 100% stability and compatibility. The latest mistakes? In news portals with images, it changes them randomly, in many cases, it downloads a broken image. No more safari, along with the final cut, go to the garbage dump.
Apple never gets it right and like to dictate instead of letting end user customize. The is no way to increase the size of the text in the favourites bar headings text it's ridiculously small and the default background colour makes the text impossible to read without zooming in and out all the time so I just have never use safari ever and won't until the allow us to at least increase the size.
IPad does it work on IPad can you do 1 on IPad what it is 10 meters squared or cubed how do I get it a small 2 or 3 on my 10.Are you blonde haha can’t tell no more dumb blonde jokes you have screwed that one up.I am proper dumb haven’t a clue,nice video
