The X-Men 97' is such a badass remake, rei-nvisoning, that mixes aspects from the original series, later runs, modern takes . With a better animation style, faster, better than any 2-D animation has been outside of manga anime style, that I'm going insane for X-Men!!!!😂❤

Ms. Marvel #9 has always been a solid seller as a raw comic. It's a great read, too 🤷🏻 I think everyone should have it.
I bought 3 copies of Deadly Genesis when it came out thinking Vulcan was the next big thing. 18 years later things are finally percolating.
I hope in 18 years my X-23 Deadly Genesis will be worth more than 1.00 too

A note to the developers of the Key Collector app. Please fix the cover scan option. It takes multiple pics without identifying it, making it so you have to manually look for it anyway 🤦 even with my phone on a tripod it still snaps multiple pics and fails

I have a $1000 I'm buying Invincible #1 first print, this book is criminally under valued. With only 10800 ordered, it's probably rarer than any, of your examples.

I hope Last Ronin is animated. If it’s a live action movie it’s not going to be taken seriously by anyone and it’s going to bomb at the theaters, like badly. If it’s animated like mutant mayhem or even the 2012 turtles or a into the spider verse movie then it’s going to be frikkin’ AMAZING!!!

I think if you're being sensible about buying "down" books you have to research what the prices were before the so-called boom! Just mho!
What's the difference between the hot ten and the trending ten?
Edit: I am pretty sure trending means the price is going down, and hot is the price going up. But maybe a sentence in the videos would help newcomers.
Trending means trending! Means volume of sales is increasing.
Top tens with the gem mint guy are usually the older (pre 21st century) key issues that are most popular and selling the most online. The trending books are things that are connected to other avenues: movies, shows, music, stuff that has a tie to anything that non comic fans may be hyped about too (like Taylor Swift. They probably don’t know what a “Dazzler” means but they’re gonna see whatever movie they know Taylor Swift is in.), see? So the dazzler book is up in value because it’s “trending” but this time next year after that movie comes and goes, you won’t see this book any longer “trending” because the hype is over. Eternals #1 is a great example of how this works because for almost a year leading up to the movie, that book was reaching heights in the thousand dollar range. When the movie came out it sucked and not only did this book lose ALL its appeal, but it also lost ALL its value too. People who bought it wasted 999 dollars if they paid a grand for it because it was is and will forever be a dollar bin book. That’s why it’s cool to look at the trending books and see what they think is the hottest books in the market right now but it’s not smart to buy them. Real comic collectors who’ve been doing this for years like me understand that this show is for ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. It’s not good to follow it to make purchasing decisions because you’re going to lose money. Period. Even when they put blue chip books on their list (like hulk 181 or the X-Men 94 book on this list here) they list the book at a bad purchasing point and then they list prices that are exorbitant which means the book is peaking up and can go nowhere but down in value. I hope this helps and I hope you don’t buy too much stuff from following these lists on this show. Never turns out well…
Trending books are measured by copies sold week over week
Hot books make the list when they have at least 3 sales in any grade go for higher than their 12-month average

I have 2 copies of deadly genesis and 4 copys of the last ronin doing cgc and straight to my PC with them .
I picked up 2 9.9s of last ronin for that exact census reason. Got them at 520 per. 9.9 is the actual 9.8 of that issue. Just too many 9.8s out there to hold value long term. Also picked up :25 and :100. Then the lost years run of incentive variants in 9.9 for the eventual prequel. I love the turts though lol

I have The Last Ronin #1 in superb condition. I used a magazine bag and board. Great read, I liked so much I got two issues of The Last Ronin #2.
i reviewed X-Men Annual #14 and its a 1st FULL APP. Certified! 266 is the 2nd APP and first full story & 1st FULL Cover APP.

Batman Killing Joke first print has been badly undervalued for years. I have a nice high grade raw copy, I ain’t selling it.

I got 15 copies of the Killing Joke cause it is my favorite book and I can't help but to buy I copy of it when I see it but it has to be a first printing.
I love the killing joke so much. I have a 9.8 1st and 9th print and the 9th print I bought as a kid and read a million times so I’m surprised it came back a 9.8. At first when I found out it was a 9th print I was upset until I found out how much it was worth.
I want to correct Rob about Batman The Killing Joke. It has 14 printings and not 9. I have 11th printing myself and Overstreet lists 14 prints.
