Say what you want about Spider-Man 3 but the ending is beautifully done. I honestly prefer what happened to her being up for the imagination rather than a cheesy ending with Sandman finding a cure or something.

Coming back to this after No Way Home is pretty funny given they make some of the same jokes.
Bit of a spoiler here, but I loved the part where the villains are talking to each other about how they got their powers and Sandman and Electro talk about how they both fell in to things and they're like "man, you really gotta be careful where you fall"

To be fair, in the comics Venom is undetectable by Peter's Spider sense. Has something to do with when they were bonded together, his physiology doesn't recognize Venom as a threat. But that doesn't excuse Green Goblin being able to sneak up on him.
I saw this in theaters. The two parts people laughed really hard at was the dancing and when he was crying. Also, when he hit MJ people cheered.

i heard somewhere they rushed him on the whole trilogy, he didnt even know venom he was a big fan of sandmans story, id love to watch a half storyboarded version of the original film, raimis such a good director, i wonder if theres a screenplay somewhere of the original
If he'd done any research at all he'd have known how popular Venom was and just used him as the villain instead. But his ego wouldn't let him so we got this abomination.
He also wanted to make Vulture the main villain of the third movie.

Not if you actually understood the character. The point of the scene was to demonstrate how much of a sociopath Eddie Brock is. Its hinted at in the beginning where he sees Gwen hanging on for dear life but values taking pictures of what's going on over actually giving a reaction suggesting that he cared for her.

I actually watched this the other day and was absolutely impressed with just how good of a movie this was all the way up until Harry got his memories back. the instant that happens the movie takes a hardcore nose dive and that's when everyone's complaints about the movie begin. it's like they decided to take two other movies and cram them in the last thirty mins or so of the movie.

I have thoroughly enjoyed observing the unraveling of the writer. It reminds me of Dennis from IASIP, and how something seems off a bit at the beginning, but in the end you are very aware they're a sociopath and it's hilarious for some reason :3
My favorite line by far was, "I'm a good writer", especially since that seems to be what every Hollywood writer tells him/herself, no matter how horrible their work.
