- Hi! I spent the summer in Silicon Valley doing a software engineering (computer science) internship at a large tech company. I am not allowed to show code or the faces of non-consenting people, but hopefully this gives you a sense of what my summer was like.

this is a great video, best one I've seen of its kind. You actually write code, have meetings (that aren't going to get coffee with your peers), do design diagrams and best of all, LOOK AT STACK OVERFLOW! all actual things in a software developer's normal work day and not just eating, but still some eating because we do all like to see what food a company offers. the techlead inclusion was amazing too.

How old were you when you first started learning code/ java and all that? I’m 16 and interested in getting a career in software engineering in the future. Can I learn everything in college or do I need prior knowledge in the field?
I was 17! You can definitely learn everything college - it all depends on how quickly you are willing to push yourself through the learning process

But I do make beats using Logic Pro (not for my channel)
