You can easily refresh oxidized lamps by swiping it's lead contact against cardboard few times.
For the lampholder, you can make small tool for it by splitting a nail with hacksaw, put a piece of scotchbrite in between and press it shut (so you have tiny brush of scotchbrite)
Also works great to clean the trailer light socket when you rotate the nail with a drill! and use contact spray to wash it out.
