These videos are very informative and I've watched them all... as far as I know. I've looked through your website a few times and I've noticed there's very few videos and pictures about the roof panels... specifically how they attach to the wall panels. I would very much like to see a video about that!

Thanks for the comment and great request. We'll see what we can put together soon. One issue... depending on the roof style, home and overhang, there's several ways of doing this. Perhaps we can find an opportunity to film something on a construction site soon, as this would be hard to show in our plant. That said, our Assembly Manual does address some of this with details. I agree, with question and understand your response. lots of other videos from other folks, out there. I have come to find yours, so much better. so, that being said, i too would like to see a roof placement, and easy basic is fine.
in addition, based on your answer, I take it you do not assemble in the factory the roof fitting, nor 2nd story??

What about building walls out of ICF and using SIPS for the roof panels? With a hired crane is that DIY friendly?

DIY is always relative to the time and experience a homeowner has. Generally speaking, it's probably not fair to say that roof panels are DIY friendly. Between the bulk and weight of the panels, adding in the conditions of a roof, they are beyond what most homeowners should attempt.
