Nanny Di isn’t that old . A few years older than me in fact I’m 62 , and I would take a couple of things to wear and wash , over again hang out to dry . If you make choice not to take a change of clothes it’s a lifestyle choice and that’s ok. . Don’t feel sorry for someone who is doing theirs own thing

Sending love to you Nadia, this sound so much like inside my head sometimes. I think when you are feeling under the weather and have too much thinking time all those little gremlins come out to chip away at you. You have the right idea, step outside yourself and enjoy the beautiful world out there.

Oh Nadia, in brief, in my experience the trains aren't too bad but just don't look down when you go to the loo and hold on tight! 😂 I was in economy though so you maybe alright.
Just be open minded to a complete change in culture.
You'll definitely sence the difference , experience the choas and rejoice in the topsy turvyness of it all, BUT India , she'll welcome you with wide open arms and beam through your heart forever. Your going to be doing an amazing thing . I hope your feeling better 👍🙏

I understand anxieties coz I get them too! re :winter ..at least we have roofs over our heads ..sometimes thnking of a gratitude list helps ease things off a bit..well done for being part of the trek thats amazing...its good to verbalise our worries though too probably helps to stop them festering and becoming more than they should be xx

This is one of the best things I have watched in a long time. My partner goes crazy at me for CRYING on those awful roads in France (I know you're in Greece not France but you know. Also so nice to feel that I'm not alone with all those anxieties!!!! Thank you so much for sharing & making me feel somewhat normal again. You're so funny !!! Looks a beautiful place ... I overthink everything Nadia....Just think what an experience it will be in India. They have beds on their trains dont they ? Im 61 and signed up to do the Great North Run (which was last week). Have worried about it since January but OMG what an amazing thing it was ! I loved everything about it ! Took 3 hrs 52 mins. Was so proud of myself...Ahh you'll be fine lol xx

Someone once said to me think like a dog and live for the moment, but it’s easier said. I've had waffles and icecream at yorica in London. So lovely.
I always loved when my mom would put some frozen waffles in the toaster & then bring out the ice cream and we'd have waffle ice cream sandwiches! Yummmmmy! Are you talking about Tylenol that we have here? It's just a brand name for acetaminophen... which is the same as paracetamol (I looked all that up when I was over your way & needed some emergency meds!) You didn't make me feel down, but you did make me feel like I'm catching your cold just from watching!! Hope you're feeling LOADS better now! xx
