I find shorter statements give the director more time to get ready for the next shots.
I know I've mentioned it in other videos but I've been a cam op for 14 years and have recently been some directing. Stressful but fun.

Would be nice for cam 4 to be panning before and after the shot is taken. But I know it takes practice to get the timing down.
Edit: very pretty shot.
Can cam 1 zoom in further? I'd like to see that shot tighter so you don't see the iPad/podium thing.
Edit: I'd also like to get the mic stand out of the way.
What video switcher/ software are you using? I’m new to all this production stuff. Also, what livestream company do you use? Resi, boxcast?
We use an ATEM Constellation 2 M/E for switching, then feed that into an ATEM Mini to stream (the links is in the description). I also have a full video running through our entire setup.
We don't use a livestream company, we just stream directly to CZcams for free!

@@beckymiller3922 yeah, it definitely could! You'd just have to buy a resi encoder for example, and send your program feed to it
Can you send me the link to the full video run through? We currently have VMIX, Pro-Tools and stream with boxcast. But it seems vmix is more complicated for our volunteers. We had a tech guy who set us up with vmix, protools and boxcast, which was great, but he recently moved away and many of our volunteers are just not as trained like our tech guy was. Every week we are learning, but I would like for this to be simple for them. I lead the worship and cast vision to the media team, but I am not a tech person.
