The out of body experience I had was during an NDE where I could see myself being pushed through the hallway in the ER. It was strange because I was still physically conscious at the same time I was outside of my body watching. Kind of like being in two places at the same time while remembering both. It felt like being inside a movie where nothing was real during that moment. And once I accepted the reality of the situation, then I was fully back in my body and very determined to survive. 💛✨
I had one when my dog died. I could see us over her grave as my husband buried her. I never had one since but hope to have one without the attached emotions.❤🙏🏼
