I really preferred the T6 over the T7 back when I grinded this line. The 90 B wasn't bad it just felt like the mostly minor improvements over the 65 II were not worth having to face T9 and way more T8.
Your dispersion even became worse I think, and the dpm for a tier 7 is just ... not great
i love that IKV90... got 400+ games on that one... i am not a good player but on this one i even got the 2. MoE. I love the camo and the mobility. premium ammo is not needed too often...
Most important feature of the swedish TD line is they all come with an AllenWrench.
They should also come with extra hardware... (And one piece that doesn't seem to fit anywhere.)

The bottom tier tank with the least armour is usually left to deal alone with the top tier tank with the most armour, as in your first battle. Almost 100% of the time.
I hated this thing... Back in the day, I was constantly against tier 9 and on city maps. It sucked big time! I did, however, like the tier 8. In it, you can even damage tier 10s without gold and is very accurate and excellent stealth! I remember a battle where I was sitting in a tiny bush with my gun pointed one way, but the enemy (in the same tank as I was in) appeared from another angle, nearly rammed me, but hasn't spotted me! So I sat still, let him pass, snuck behind him and shot him in the a$$!
It's a doorstop with an underpowered gun, and nothing will ever convince me otherwise. God, I *hated* this thing.
I hate the siege mode TDs, but I quite liked playing with this one. It has deceny mobility and and nice gun for tier VII, you just have to remember to sit back, double bush and keep firing. And that as soon as you're spotted, you'll be in the garage faster than you can say "Swedish meatballs".

I love the double negatives, it just adds to the charm a lot.
I have to be honest and say that i like the t6 swedish tank destroyer more. That thing doesn't really get that much of an upgrade and only is a bigger target to hit.
But the IKV65 II is also not great. It just has a very low dpm and it doesn't have any armor whatsoever. The two things i like about that thing though is the camo and the speed. The gun depression is also pretty great. If the enemies aren't focusing you (for example in a t8 battle, then you can do some nasty things with your gun depression)
I would still not recommend to grind the line. STRV103B might be awesome because of the accuracy, dpm, camo and penetration, but other than that there's much better lines.

I've just bought this short while ago and played few battles. It feels a little better than tier 6 and I hated tier 6.
Didn't like this TD until I was almost done with it and I had some good games just before unlocking the UDES 03. The gun can troll you badly, and you don't have the tier VIII's super-sloped armour. In fact - you have no armour. At least it can be a bit mobile with a turbo, but it feels extremely sluggish without it.

When you move your vehicle 1 mm the bloom goes crazy
And you can't hit 40% of your shot just because the gun is trolling,the accuracy of this shxt is a pure joke
@@Shiina_LORD-Scarlet.sLifeGuard Even UDES 03 stock is better. I'm still grinding out the 105 gun, but it's already one of my favourites. 67% wins is pretty good for a noob like me.

Grind the UDES03 to full field mod status, make sure your crew all have the camo skill to 100%, run a camo net + the camo directive and enjoy 70% camo stationary with over 10% after firing (double bushing were ever possible)
Also the Accuracy on the top gun in siege mode is insane.
It has enough punch to deal with most opponents and its real sneaky.
However, when you get spotted, it's goodnight vienna.
@@aaronpentith130 I have a 6 kills, 3.3k dmg battle with the 90mm gun on Malinovka, because enemies didn't go down after winning the hill. We drawed, because out Bourrasque couldn't spot shit at the end and got yeeted by SU-152.
If you don't have a Commander with the Recce Skill and the Radio OP with Situational Awareness then you are relying on others to spot for you.
If your crew has those 2 skills and binos you have over 500m view range.
If you end up in a +2MM (happened to me a lot while I was grinding the top gun!) then use your camo to passive scout

This video seems to highlight the issue I had with this entire line. Awesome cammo, but the gun is horrible. It misses way to often for a red line sniper. And this didn't change when I moved up through the 103. It's still fun to play, but the gun will troll you.
When you're top tier more often than not if you can't carry you lose. This tank lacks the versatility to do much more than hope the enemy is stupid and your team not so much.

The 6, 7 and 9 where really bad TDs
The Ikvs had good mobility and nothing more and the STRV had good mobility armor good pen and the gun was horrible... When I got the 103 B it felt like I'm playing a different TD

Yeah this tank was, and still is, dreadful to play. It doesn't have much going for it other than QoL changes over the tier 6 TD.
In comparison to the tier 6 Ikv 65 II: it has better DPM, shell velocity, pen, gun traverse limits, HP and view range.
But it has worse: effective top speed, stationary and moving camo, accuracy, aim time, and traverse speed. The supposed 65 kmh won't be reached unless you dump in a good crew, with turbo and other stuff; it barely reaches 51 kmh on *hard* terrain. It's a *whole tier higher* compared to the 65 II, yet it doesn't gain much of anything but the most basics stat changes that happens to every line, like pen and HP increase.
It doesn't even have good alpha damage, everything else gets some sort of benefit if they have low alpha, such as armor, camo or gaining a turret. This TD gets nothing.
I think it's in the playable category, and possibly even in the bad category, in my opinion.
It's second from bottom when comparing MoE requirements for all of tier 7, next to the cow. Yep, on average, it's pretty awful. It's saying something when even the st. emil is higher than it.

I hated this tank. The gun almost never worked for me. What's the point of a "glass cannon" if you can't rely on the gun.

You're playing this tank wrong. But not as bad as you play the T25AT! Ikv is the second and T25AT is the best tier 7 tank by far.. Both are just simply a little bit good at everything. Ikv's best feature is it's low profile which you don't use at all. You must abuse it! You can even rape t8-t9 tanks without getting a single shot by abusing it.
This is the worst tech tree tier VII td.

Truth be told, Tier 7 seems to have a lot of tanks that are just begging to be free xp'ed past.
@@itatane Sturer Emil with the top gun isn't that bad. Stock yeah it's pretty meh but it's about on par gun wise with the stock T25AT. It would be a better TD over all if WGIng simply buffed it's ammo count from 15 to 30.
the thing with this Ikeavagn is the mobility is not great that it can save u in case u got spotted and the gun while can be good for sniping, is not that unique like Soviet ones (dmg per shot) or the German one (good acc). it need something unique or something that, cant believe im saying this, it need some OP characteristics to make it great in the randoms again.

If game is longer and we have perfect sniper schnitzel position, so 3k dmg and more isn’t problem.
But if game is very hiper super duper quick, we can be happy with maybe 1k dmg 🙈
5 and 6 tier can easily penetrate this tank so even we are top tier, we can’t play first lane ☹️
Game on these tiers are very quick, so i don’t like to be top tier with this tank 🤷♂️
Prefer 8,9 tiers, good map, good position, gold ammo and score like 3k dmg is very easy.
