Chan talking about the #lovestay hashtag creator being a great person is really special because that was when Hyunjin was on his hiatus and they weren’t allowed to mention him directly. So Chan would would refer to him as the #lovestay creator 💕 also the clip directly after, of him smiling at Hyunjin in the mixtape MV was Hyunjins official return from hiatus and the first time members could directly talk about him again
Chan is very sweet, at the concert he was holding Hyunjin´s hand probably because he was worried about Hyunjin´s hurt hand. When I saw Hyunjin scolding Chan I also thought it was the return of Mama Hyunjin scolding little Chan.

In a very old interview, Chan was asked to write who each member is to him and he wrote that Hyunjun is his soulmate. As the guys themselves said, Bang Chan and Hyunjin have very similar tastes in music. And at one of the fan meeting Chan said that every time he works with Hyunjin on music, he feels that they really suit each other.

I think Chan knows that Hyunjin is a very sensitive person who easily gets affected by what other people say and do which is probably why he dotes on him so much and gives him a bit of extra reassurance sometimes.
Chan may have been his music teacher, but I feel like we gloss over the fact that Hyunjin once said that Chan would hold private lessons and teach him how to be sexy…
