I’ve been experimenting with NOT buying breakfast & lunch at work, and I reallocated those funds to other things. Sometimes you don’t realize how much those meals add 🆙.

I was hybrid for 3 months last fall and my food costs increased so much!! I'm glad that you were able to readjust your spending

I hit a $100k in my Roth IRA, but my net worth is only at a few thousand bc I have a mortgage

Do you include the value of your home in your "assets"?

No I didn’t, since I have mortgage, I figured it wouldn’t matter the value until I pay it off

Does your budget include tithing? Is fall reset trip a solo trip? I realised it’s probably rude to invite myself on your trip lol you’re probably wanting to reset, not entertain and be uncomfortable around strangers who invited themselves to join you on vacay lol

Yes, I have a giving budget but I consider it a fixed expense. My fall reset is a solo trip that I take before the holiday months to get away from people haha.
