Welcome to Trails Edge in Lake Cowichan! Here at 108 Driftwood Terrace, we have built a beautiful energy efficient and healthy home for you and your family. With a lot of care and attention, we were able to bring this home to Step 5 and make it a Net Zero Ready Home - meaning you can add solar panels to officially make it a Net Zero Home, and therefore even more energy efficient!

This is Part 6 (Mini Tour No. 6) of our virtual "Trails Edge House Tour," where we share the difference between the Blower Door Score we received for our last project (Roberta Ranch) and here for Trails Edge! Our goal is to always get "below 1" on our Blower Door Tests, in order to bring a home to Step 5 - and this time we achieved our goal!
We like to share and be as transparent as we can, so if/when you're thinking of building your own home one day, you can have a better understanding of what goes in to each stage of building and the timelines that follow.
