My dad just won an elk hunt with randy through the elk foundation 🎉he’s super excited.
Damn that’s awesome!!! Enjoy it and hopefully we get to watch the video. Tell him to practice his shooting a lot lol
I love Randy making Marcus go chase that bull. Like Randy just is enjoying all these hunts at this point.
Michael looked like he was gonna stroke out on that climb 😂
Awesome hunt guys! Funny listening to Michael trying to catch his breath. I can laugh as I lounge in the lazy boy with a bourbon and coke as I watch this!’ Lol
Yukon gets under your skins... all of them goretex , gloves, hoodies on and the local guide chilling no gloves, wearing a wool sweater and simple hat not a shiver :) Kudos
Michael looked like he was about to roll down the mountain. Fishing you are not! 😂
Haaa truth! Did a little too much fishing this summer and not enough hiking lol! -Michael
Love how Randy gives the younger generations the opportunity and most of the glory. I look forward to each episode just to see if the Raptor is still hanging in there. I'm going to miss that truck. I have loved that truck, ever since I tried to convince him of how good of a truck it would be for him 2 or 3 years ago. Of course if Randy gets another 1 that's the same color, non of us would be the wiser 😉
Thanks for pushing me that direction. So far, so good.
Yep I always told him the same thing even back when they were real trucks 😉 with v8 motors in em. The raptor is the perfect hunting truck if you don’t mind getting scratches in your paint because their so much wider
Really enjoy and appreciate these day by day hunt series, please keep them coming! Cheers
Thanks, will do!
Steep climb, thank you for bringing us along.
Man, that looks like heaven up there! The colors of the grass on the mountain tops was beautiful!
Ask Michael if guided hunts are a cake walk where you just shoot what at what your guide points at. As a guide of 35 years I have heard all types of pooh poohing of guided hunts. You better have your crap together for any wilderness hunt, guided or DIY.
Guess it all depends on the hunt....
Mad respect Mr Randy, this ain't noooo joke and Mr Randy isn't a spring chicken anymore!! As serious as it gets!!! Yukon mountains, I mean cmon. Most young men couldn't hack it, myself included 😂😂. Mad respect sir!!
Great looking country. Fun seeing Randy pushing Marcos to chase that bull.
Yeah.... That's a bucket list for me. Beautiful and rugged country.
I mean I love these fresh tracks videos but this is what we in north Idaho call a ‘buzz kill’ haha very anticlimactic
It's a good evening when a new day by day by fresh tracks episode is uploaded. 😊
What a light show.
That's twice the Fresh Tracks crew have passed through Fort Nelson.
If it was possible, would have been nice to meet up, share some stories.
Thank you for continuing to generate awesome content.
Looks like beautiful country and alot of fun. Blessed for sure!
Great video!! You had quite a few more "creature comforts" than your last trip with Dustin Roe and the New Zealand brother and Sister. Both great hunts!!
Come on Michael you gotta be in better shape than that man!! Gotta keep up with ol Randy 😂
Way to pull rank, Randy
DREAM COME TRUE awsome what a treat good for you so happy for you .
Mountain caribou are tough! They move so fast. Fun hunt though.
Good job
Bucket list
Man, I wish I could have 40 grand laying around somewhere to spend on a single hunt! That would be a dream!
If it's a dream of yours made it happen! Thanks for watching!
Ok Randy you were in Canada so it’s kilometres not miles. Lol. They are callled goose neck trailers up here on 5th wheel trailers.
Great hunt.
Randy have you ever thought about mongula for Elk or Moose Hunting?
Michael was rethinking his career choice 😂
LOL! It was a tough hike for a big guy, but it was worth it! Thanks for watching! -Michael
Great video. I must say that I very much appreciate your sound quality as much as the video quality. So many videos play loud music as filler, so you have to turn down the volume, then they whisper when they talk so you can't hear them. I find that very frustrating.
Wow, thank you! We appreciate that!
How much does a hunt like this cost?
One question. Is it ever not raining and shitty in Yukon and Alaska?
haaa wait for the other videos. But it usually rains!
Kilgour lake BC
Was Grant packing a .45-70?
Yup. Bears beware.
Over 30,000$ for a hunt. Want my leg too?
Way over $30k per person considering that doesn't cover tipping the guides, meat processing, taxidermy or shipping both back to your home. Plus cost of getting yourself there and back.
@@joeetlinger3423 pure insanity
I love your shows Randy. But, I gotta tell you, after watching y’all for YEARS, I decided to do my first-ever elk hunt earlier this month. Scratched that itch. I do not see the attraction to elk.
Well at least you tried! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Headphones while hunting the Yukon has me extremely confused.
The sound of being there is enough. And it's important to your success.

Camera guys have to wear them to monitor audio while filming.
So if "offroad travel is illegal in the Yukon," why did they do it and why did you show it?
Off road travel is Legal in the Yukon.
22:12 That is not pasta. You need to kill a deer before you get poisoned with that shi7$
It's probably just me but using a motorized vehicle takes something away from the wilderness experience.
